Have you ever had a moment where you wanted to reach through the phone and grab the person on the other end by the throat and squeeze.  Ok, so maybe not a great way to start a post.  Let me start over.  It was a lovely, warm afternoon.  I called the appropriate person after finding out about some changes in our apartment complex and then wanted to reach through the phone and  grab her by the throat.  Did that help to make it any better?  No?  Darn.  Well, it was recently that I had one of those days.  So, now jump forward in time to today.  After HOURS on the phone with Comcast and many representatives later I was told this evening that it is priceless and not very common to be as honest as I was (trying to tell Comcast they are not billing me as they should be...actually not nearly as they should be) and that the Comcast man felt it was best to leave things as they are.  I was given special instructions for what to do in the event of issues, but overall told that he was so impressed with my desire to be honest that he felt it was important to let me know he valued that.  Point to this post... it pays to do the right thing.  I also have to say that it felt so much better to be told this today then it ever would have felt to reach through the phone.  Just saying.....
